Shipping
How long does shipping take?,
Shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the United States. However, we cannot control USPS and what happens after your goodies leave our hands.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary based on your location and order size. You'll see the exact shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase. We try to keep costs as low as possible.
Returns & Refunds
Do you accept returns?
We do not accept returns on our handmade soap and skincare products for hygiene and safety reasons. Please email us (theglamourbarn@gmail.com) with any product related issues.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.
Products
Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes! All of our products are cruelty-free and we never test on animals. We also only purchase from USA based companies for our raw ingredients and only from those that can ensure they do not harm animals.
What ingredients do you use?
We use high-quality, natural ingredients in all our products. Full ingredient lists are available on each product page.

Please email us as soon as possible at events.theglamourbarnllc@gmail.com to inquire about us being at your event. Our calendar fills up fast, so the sooner the better. Please include all information in the email, like the location, date and time, the set-up time, how much a space costs, etc.
